2021年5月21日-23日，萊福德智能經銷商會議一期在擁有“天府之國，沃野千里”美譽的成都舉辦。董事陳學文先生、智能產品事業部總經理毛繼紅出席會議并進行開場致辭;董事長范勇先生、四川萊福德總經理唐輝先生出席四川生產基地參觀與座談交流會議并發言;思睿達營銷顧問梁征坡老師出席并指導會議執行。

　　On May 21-23, Lifud First Intelligent Product Distributor Conference was held in Chengdu. Lifud leadership and almost 30 distributors joined the conference and together spent 3 fruitful days.

　　本次會議圍繞“打造技術服務型經銷商”的目的，匯聚全國近30位經銷商，共同學習調光產品理論知識、實操調光系統接線、商論如何服務客戶成為一名優秀的經銷商以及參觀萊福德成都智能研發中心與眉山百畝生產基地。

　　The conference was held in the theme of “enable distributors to be technical service”. Conference content included dimming theory illustration, practical operation of dimming system wiring, discussion on how to become an excellent distributor and paying visits to Lifud intelligent R&D center in Chengdu and production base in Meishan.

　　有朋自遠方來，不亦樂乎。最后萊福德作為成都東道主，帶領大家共游“天府之源”都江堰與“道教名山”青城山，感受成都魅力。

　　We’re so glad to gather almost 30 friends coming from all round China. So in the last day, we arranged one-day tour to experience the charm of Chengdu.

　　1、調光產品理論知識培訓

　　21日上午，由成都研發中心總工閻鐵生博士為參會人員進行LED調光電源產品知識培訓，系統的為大家講解了電源各參數指標含義及不同調光方式的原理、優勢和對比等，并在提問環節對大家提出的調光問題及工程施工中遇到的技術難題等給予了詳細解答。

　　1.Theoretical knowledge training of dimming products

　　On the morning of May 21, Professor Yan, chief engineer of the R&D center, conducted the product knowledge training of dimmable LED driver for the participants, systematically explained the meaning of various parameters and the principle, advantages and comparison of different dimming methods, and gave detailed answers to the dimming problems and technical problems encountered in engineering construction.

　　2、調光系統接線實操

　　理論與實操結合才能真正將知識吸收轉換。21日下午，在智能產品事業部FAE鄭工及成都研發中心3名技術同事帶領下，所有參會人員分為4組，學習各恒流恒壓調光系統(可控硅、0-10V、DALI及無線)的接線操作，感受萊福德調光產品控制效果。

　　2.Practical operation of dimming system wiring

　　Only by combining theory with practice can knowledge be absorbed and transformed.

　　On the afternoon of May 21, led by technical engineers, all participants were divided into 4 groups and learned the wiring of dimming system (triac, 0-10V, DALI and wireless) to experience the actual dimming effect themselves.

　　從單燈控制到分組分場景控制，實操接線環節不僅考驗大家對前期培訓知識的吸收程度，也鍛煉大家的團隊合作能力及對工作的耐心、細心——合理分工才能更快完成小組接線任務;耐心細心檢查每一條線路才能安全點亮燈具，感受系統調光效果。

　　From single lamp control to grouping & scene control, the practical operation of wiring not only tests everyone's absorption of training knowledge, but also exercises their team cooperation ability and patience in work. Group task needs everyone’s cooperation, and the patient checking on the circuit is necessary for the light to be safely turned on.

　　單調光控制、調光調色控制、場景控制、平滑調光、深度調光、無頻閃、緩啟動……每個小組都熱火朝天的討論著自己小組的燈光演示效果。

　　Dimming control, dimming & tunable white control, scene control, smooth dimming, deep dimming, flicker free, slow start-up...every group was ardently discussing the dimming effect.

　　3、如何成為一名優秀的經銷商

　　22日上午，智能產品事業部總經理毛繼紅先生為大家分享了成為一名優秀經銷商的所需具備特點與方法，解讀了萊福德智能產品事業部未來規劃及經銷商權力與責任，并表示未來萊福德智能產品事業部將建立以直銷為主，經銷補充的全球銷售網絡，為所有客戶朋友提供一個完善的智能調光產品銷售平臺。

　　3.How to become an excellent distributor

　　On the morning of May 22, Mr. Mao Jihong, general manager of the intelligent products division, shared the characteristics and methods needed to become an excellent distributor, introduced the future planning of the intelligent products division and the rights and responsibilities of distributors. Mr. Mao said that in the future, the intelligent products division will establish a global sales network dominated by direct sales and supplemented by distribution, providing a perfect intelligent dimming product sales platform for all customers.

　　4、成都研發中心及眉山生產基地參觀

　　22日13：00，智能產品研發總監王海龍先生邀請大家參觀了成都研發中心，成都研發中心主要負責萊福德智能產品軟件及系統的開發工作。

　　4.Visits to R&D center and production base

　　On May 22, Mr. Wang Hailong, R&D director of intelligent product, invited all participants to visit the R&D center in Chengdu, where is mainly responsible for the development of Lifud intelligent product, software and system.

　　參觀現場，王總為大家介紹了萊福德智能研發中心的發展與規劃，并演示了萊福德智慧教室系統的燈光控制效果。

　　During the visit, Mr. Wang introduced the development and planning of the intelligent R&D center, and demonstrated the lighting control effect of Lifud intelligent classroom system.

　　22日14：30，四川萊福德總經理唐輝先生邀請大家參觀萊福德四川眉山生產基地。全自動插件機、9條生產線、原料倉、成品倉……萊福德先進的生產設備、強大的生產能力與充足的標品庫存備貨給到經銷商們滿滿的信心，連成都本地經銷商也感嘆到每次參觀工廠都會有不一樣的變化與驚喜。

　　Later, Mr. Tanghui, general manager of Lifud Sichuang branch, led us to the production base. Automatic DIP machine, 9 production line, material warehouse, finished product warehouse... the advanced production equipment, powerful production capacity and sufficient stock of standard products give our distributors full confidence. Even local distributor in Chengdu said that every time they visit the factory, there will be different changes and surprises.

　　參觀結束后由董事長范勇先生在四川基地主持進行了萊福德&經銷商座談交流會，與大家一起回顧過去、暢談未來。

　　After visit, Mr. Fanyong, chairman of Lifud, held a meeting with distributors to review the past and talk about the future.

　　5、感受天府之國成都魅力

　　23日，經過2天高強度會議，為讓經銷商放松心情，感受成都魅力，了解“天府之國，沃野千里”的由來，萊福德組織大家一起游歷了有“天府之源”之稱的水利奇跡都江堰與“青城天下幽”美譽的道教名山青城山。

　　5.One day tour in Chengdu

　　After intensive meetings for 2 days, we finally had time to experience the charm of Chengdu in the last day. We paid a visit to Dujiang Weirs (the oldest and only surviving no-dam irrigation system in the world) and Qingcheng Mountain (a famous Taoist mountain)
