蛇形脂肪抽出器是由提取瓶、提取管、冷凝器三部分組成的，提取管兩側(cè)分別有虹吸管和連接管，
各部分連接處要嚴(yán)密不能漏氣。從固體物質(zhì)中萃取化合物的一種方法是，
用溶劑將固體長(zhǎng)期浸潤(rùn)而將所需要的物質(zhì)浸出來(lái)，即長(zhǎng)期浸出法。此法花費(fèi)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)。
溶劑用量大、效率不高。
主要特點(diǎn)：
蛇形脂肪抽出器是利用溶劑回流及虹吸原理，使固體物質(zhì)連續(xù)不斷地被純?nèi)軇┹腿。?br/>既節(jié)約溶利萃取效率又高。萃取前先將固體物質(zhì)研碎，以增加固液接觸的面積。
然后，將固體物質(zhì)放在濾紙?zhí)變?nèi)，置于提取器中，提取器的下端與盛有溶劑的圓底燒瓶相連，
上面接回流冷凝管。加熱圓底燒瓶，使溶劑沸騰，蒸氣通過(guò)提取器的支管上升，
被冷凝后滴入提取器中，溶劑和固體接觸進(jìn)行萃取，當(dāng)溶劑面超過(guò)虹吸管的最高處時(shí)，
含有萃取物的溶劑虹吸回?zé)浚蚨腿〕鲆徊糠治镔|(zhì)，使固體物質(zhì)不斷為純的溶劑所萃取、
將萃取出的物質(zhì)富集在燒瓶中。液固萃取是利用溶劑對(duì)固體混合物中所需成分的溶解度大,
對(duì)雜質(zhì)的溶解度小來(lái)達(dá)到提取分離的目的。
